Our IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) process protects your floors and walls with corner guards. We vacuum, move and clean under most furniture according to your needs. Utilizing high tech equipment we can deep-clean and rejuvenate your heavily soiled carpets. As the final step we rinse the carpet with pure soft water and a special rinsing agent to remove virtually all residue - including what the last carpet cleaner left behind!
You'll notice that there's no nasty chemical smell as we work since we only use cleaning products that are safe for children and pets. In addition, we add a natural orange-derived deodorizer to the prespray at no addtional charge.

Our method of cleaning, called hot water extraction, or steam cleaning, is the #1 recommended method by carpet manufacturers. In fact, effective January 1, 2008, Shaw Industries, the world's largest carpet manufacturer, began requiring periodic cleaning using steam cleaning in order to maintain your carpet warranty. In addtion, all professional carpet cleaning services must be performed by an IICRC certified firm.
Most Cleaners Use a Manual Extraction Wand:
1. Only cleans from 2 directions (back and forth) with a couple of cleaning passes
2. Relies on the strength and energy of the worker
3. For every cleaning stroke, you are supposed to do 2 dry strokes. Most cleaners skip the dry strokes because it's too labor intensive and takes too long. This leaves your carpet sopping wet. Water left in your carpet is always dirty water
4. Leaves many tough stains and shadowing in the carpet
