Test - Ceramic tile and grout is tested to determine the safest, most effective cleaning method.

Rinse - Suspended soils are rinsed and extracted from tile and grout.
Dry - Grout is dried with special floor dryers.
Seal - Professional grout sealer is applied, specially formulated with advanced flourochemicals to protect against the toughest water and oil based stains.
Squeegee - Sealer is squeegeed into the grout lines to assure maximum coverage.
Buff - After sealer has penetrated the grout, we buff the tile with a low speed floor machine.
Inspect - Grout lines are inspected to assure complete coverage. Additional sealer is applied if required.
Buff - Complete floor is buffed to a finished gloss.
