Red Carpet Floor Care has been trained and certified by the IICRC in Odor Control. If an odor can be removed, we can do it. Tremendous advances have taken place in the carpet cleaning industry for treating and removing pet stains and pet odors.
Red Carpet Floor Care has an arsenal of carpet cleaning products designed to treat pet spots and pet odor. We don't mask the problem with useless deodorizers which only cover up the problem temporarily. We actually go to the source of the problem and remove the bacteria, which is the basic cause of the offending odor.
We first give you a FREE inspection of your carpet and use a black light to detect exactly where pet accidents have occurred and the extent of the damage.
Minor Pet Stains and Odors
Minor problems are easy to fix. We first treat the affected areas with special enzymes and let it sit for 20 minutes or so while it digests the urine. (Don't worry, it's very safe for families with small children.) The enzyme (and urine) is then extracted out of the carpet and into our holding tank on our van.
Moderate Pet Stains and Odors
For moderate urine damage, we saturate the spot heavily with enzymes so it soaks all the way down through the carpet and the carpet backing.
Sometimes we inject special chemicals deep down using a syringe. We let it sit and then use a special tool called a "water claw" which is hooked up to our hot water extraction machine in our van. The water claw extracts the solution and the urine from deep within the carpet and backing.
Severe Pet Stains and Odors
In severe cases, the carpet and/or pad must be replaced and the sub-flooring sealed. Red Carpet Floor Care will be able to determine if this is necessary. We do everything possible to thoroughly remove the spots and/or odor to save your carpet from having to be replaced.
