"It is rare to find a service company or tradesman that is competent, complete, and performs a totally satisfying job at a fair price. Red Carpet stands alone in the carpet cleaning business. A large part of the effectiveness is the equipment and technology, but Brian is the glue that completes the package. The carpet in the condo he cleaned was pretty ugly and a few of the stains he had to understandably hedge a bit going in about whether they would come out. He got it all cleaned perfect. When he cleaned our house, numerous stains that the brand X people told us for years would never come out--they are gone now. Forget the yellow pages and misleading coupons (Oh, your living room is above the standard 12' x 12'--that will be extra--or that 3' hallway will be an extra $49).
